walks through the pasture followed by grilling burgers on
the back porch! Her dog, Luke, has been her sidekick for 5 years –
and goes everywhere with her. She also has two rabbits, Judith and Margaret.

Prior to joining the sales team, Rusty
was involved in all aspects of production.
Rusty loves the outdoors and enjoys hunting and fishing.
Tally, his Boxer, is with him most days; he says she’s a pretty good secretary!

Laura and sister, Katie, grew up in the show ring, exhibiting cattle and swine at the local, state, and national levels. She and husband, Kevin, have six children. They own a diverse farming operation which includes sod, cattle, watermelons, tomatoes, soybeans, and peanuts. During free time (haha), she follows her children in their activities which include showing cattle, playing travel softball, travel baseball, and football.
Sharon keeps this (almost) eternal smile on her face and has an infectious laugh to match!

Gary has been with the company since 1976 and knows the F-R-M Facility inside-out. He is dedicated and committed to the quality of F-R-M Products, the safety of our employees, and to the success and future of our company.
Assistant Plant Manager
Lloyd has been with FRM for 30 years. He has a Beef Cattle Herd and knows first hand the importance of nutrition to the success of his cattle operation and our customers’.
Steve has been with the company over 25 years. He’s conscientious, familiar with all aspects of feed production, has the ability to foresee problems, and is quick to recognize if something is not just right.
Control Systems Operators
Greg Whigham & O'Neal Jenkins
Greg and O’Neal have over 30 years of combined experience in Computer Batch System Technology. They understand the commitment, attention to detail, and focus that excellence demands.
Donnie has been a member of the F-R-M Family going on 42 years, beginning in April of 1975 as a Driver. He moved from Driver to Dispatch, to Service Manager, then to Fleet Manager where he is today. Donnie graduated from Bainbridge College with an Associates’s Degree in Marketing & Management and serves on their Advisory Committee for the Commercial Truck Driving School, of which he is a charter member. Prior to joining F-R-M, Donnie
farmed row crops and raised cattle and hogs. He has four children and eleven grandchildren. Donnie enjoys golf and working around the farm where he is now down to a couple of walking horses.
Donnie also finds great joy in serving in his local church.

Kyle joined the F-R-M family in 1999 as a Driver. After a few years on the road, he moved to the Shipping Department where he served as Shipping and Loading Supervisor. After gaining experience in
that capacity, Kyle made the move back to Transportation as Dispatcher, where he has been for about five years. Kyle came to
F-R-M with experience in many areas, including service to our country in the United States Marine Corp. Kyle enjoys Bass Fishing and Alabama Football. “Roll Tide!”
